The spacious apartments provide enhanced comfort, and the spa center is excellent. The staff is friendly and the service is top-notch. Parking is free, which is a great convenience.

Beautiful hotel in the mountains, with great access to ski resorts. The breakfast had a fantastic selection of fresh food including fruit, meat, eggs, and bread. The hotel facilities were modern and clean with a separate spa area connected to the main building by an underground tunnel. Transportation was easy with a bus stop directly outside, and parking was free.

The transparent bathroom in our room was lacking privacy, which was disappointing.

Almost perfect.

Loved the warm welcome from the staff, they made us feel like family. The hotel location was perfect, in the heart of the mountains and with easy access to the ski slopes. Another perk was the free shuttle service which saved us a lot of time and money. The spa area was amazing, with all the facilities that we could ask for after a day of activities. The food was simply outstanding, and we loved the features on the daily menu.

We had some trouble with the Wi-Fi, it was not reliable as we were expecting and it was difficult to get a stable connection. , the breakfast allocation of tables was a bit confusing and sometimes we had to wait a bit to be seated.

What an incredible stay! the hotel had a great location close to ski resorts and public transportation. We were pleased to find out that parking was free, which was a huge plus. the spa center was excellent and we loved the spacious apartments. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. We also enjoyed wandering through the gardens and taking in the beautiful scenery.

Although the room was comfortable, we felt it was a bit small and the transparent bathroom could have provided more privacy. It was also strange that certain drinks were charged during meals, but were free in the spa area.
